* Household Gross Monthly Income must be 4 times the rent

* No Evictions / Detainer warrants / Outstanding debt to previous landlords in the past 7 years

3 - Submit Application fee


**Once all items are received we will begin processing your application.

It takes 1-4 business days to process your application
